Child Safety Standards

Colabs World, Inc. · Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse & exploitation (CSAE)
Colabs has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies everywhere on Colabs, to every user, regardless of age. Violations result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

1.Our standard

Colabs is an 18+ platform for collaboration. We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a minor (anyone under 18). We build, operate, and moderate Colabs in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

2.What is strictly prohibited

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) โ€” any image, video, or content depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Sexualization of minors, including sexualized text, drawings, or AI-generated or edited imagery.
  • Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexually exploit or endanger a minor.
  • Trafficking, endangerment, or facilitating offline harm to a minor.
  • Links, references, or off-platform coordination intended to share or obtain CSAM.

3.Report child endangerment

Anyone can report suspected CSAE. In the app, open the … menu on any post, profile, message, space, or project, choose Report, and select “๐Ÿšจ Involves a child”. You can also email our child-safety team directly at safety@colabs.ai.

  • In-app reporting is available on all user-generated content and profiles.
  • Child-safety reports are prioritized and reviewed promptly by our moderation team.
  • You do not need an account to email a report to our child-safety point of contact.

4.How we respond

  • We review every child-safety report and remove violating content immediately.
  • We terminate the accounts of users who engage in CSAE and preserve related records as required by law.
  • We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement, consistent with our legal obligations.
  • We take action to prevent re-offense, including device and account signals where permitted.

5.Legal compliance

Colabs complies with applicable child-safety and CSAE-prevention laws, including obligations to report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC (18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions. We regularly review these standards against Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and update them as our product and the law evolve.

6.Point of contact

Our designated child-safety point of contact is safety@colabs.ai. This inbox is monitored for reports of CSAE and inquiries from parents, guardians, users, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then report to us and to the appropriate national authority.
